SAPPORO HELP DESK for Foreign Residents helps foreign residents when they need to collect information or consultation regarding their lives in Japan. Advice and support will be provided so that the consultor can be better prepared to solve problems by themselves.
The help desk can provide consultation under various occasions such as:
1.Where to learn Japanese?
2.How to respond to letters from ward governments?
3.What should be known when my wife is expecting a baby?
4.How to apply for child daycare center?
5.How to deal with family issues? etc.
※A representative is acceptable if the person in question cannot come him or herself.

【Multilingual Support】(About 20 languages)
We have staff who can speak simple Japanese, English, Chinese, Sinhala(Monday to Friday), and Vietnamese (Once or twice a week)
Other language support will be provided via telephone interpretation.
