FAQ Are there tourist information centers for foreign visitors?

The following four tourist information centers offer support in foreign languages.

《Hokkaido-Sapporo Tourist Information Center（Available Languages：English, Chinese, Korean）》

Located inside of the Hokkaido-Sapporo 'Food and Tourism’ Information Building.

It is linked to the JR General Information Center. Visitors can access tourist information for all of Hokkaido as well as information on events taking place in Sapporo.

《Jozankei Tourist Information Center（Available Languages：English, Chinese）》

They provide information on accommodations and hot springs and can give you recommendations on the best ways to have fun in Jozankei Onsen. Brochures for various Jozankei facilities are also available here. The Jozankei Folk Museum is nearby as well, which you can visit for free. You can also take a break in the cafe or shop for some local products there.
