If the books you want to read are in other libraries, it is possible to deliver them to your nearest library.

Open：Tues.-Thurs. 9:15-19:00

Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon/National Holidays 9:15-17:00

Closed：2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month, New Year's holidays (Dec.29- Jan.3), and during inventory check of books (on a temporary basis)

*When the 2nd and 4th Wednesday is a national holiday, the library will be opened.

-Sapporo Picture Book Library

Closed:4th Friday of evey month and during inventory check of books and New Year's Holidays (Dec.29-Jan.3). -Media plaza book counter(Chieria) You can borrow books from any library connected by Sapporo Municipal Library network and return them here.
